Speech Language Therapy

Diagnostic evaluation and treatment are provided in a variety of areas, including:

Occupational Therapy

  • Self-help skills (feeding & dressing)
  • Play Skills
  • Vision/perception
  • Sensory issues (touch, taste, sound & sight)
  • Oral motor/feeding
  • Gross motor (balance/coordination)

Physical Therapy

Diagnostic evaluation and treatment are provided in a variety of areas, including:

  • Achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones (e.g., crawl, sit, stand, walk)
  • Participate in age-appropriate gross motor or school activities with peers
  • Range of motion, strength, mobility, posture, balance, endurance for independent function
  • Improve your child’s ability to independently negotiate his or her environment (home, school, community)
  • Actively participate and contribute to the society at large
  • Aquatic Therapy

ABA Therapy

ABA Therapy utilizes the principles of Behavior Analysis to improve socially significant behaviors for children demonstrating deficient adaptive learning skills and excessive problem behaviors that are interfering with learning and social interactions. ABA Therapy is implemented by specially trained Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians. ABA therapy is used to help children acquire many behaviors including adaptive communication skills, self-help skills, and play skills; in addition, ABA therapy can be implemented to decrease maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, noncompliance , and self-injury. ABA Therapy at ATS can be provided at the clinic, in the home, or out in the community. Parent/caregiver training is also a significant aspect to ABA therapy.
